Welcome to "L 'Artist"! You will be enchanted by this cosy apartment in the heart of the "Vieux Nice" (Old town). It has everything you need and it is just 5 minutes walking to the beach, the tram and grocery shops. Come where the action is!
The space
This apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped to welcome up to 4 people. It is located in a lively area of the Old Town, 3 minutes by foot to the Place Massena. And as you pass through the entrance door of the apartment, you arrive in a cosy apartment with a very "niçois" charm!
You will enjoy living in a home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, stone-walled wine bars and restaurants offering local culinary specialties. And of course, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais are just a 5-minute walk!
Public transport is also nearby (tram to train station / airport is 3 minutes walking) and allows you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.).
No less than 5 car rental companies are available near the nearby train station. Bicycle rentals are also available nearby.

There is no elevator in the building (3rd floor : ground + 3)
From the airport, take tram 2 to "Garibaldi / Le Château" stop. From there, the apartment is just 5 minutes by foot.
A taxi costs about 35-45 euro
The apartment is in the city center, so you won't need a car ... but if you have one, you can rent a parking place nearby for about 15 to 28 euros per day (depending on the number of days you stay).
