My name is Nicolas and I've been working in the tourist rental sector for almost 20 years. I've been renting out my own apartments to travelers since the summer of 2005. In 2010, I created "Enjoy Nice" to help other owners offer their apartments for tourist rental.
In addition to tourist rentals, some of the apartments are available on a medium- and long-term basis for students, people vacationing on the Côte d'Azur, and people on business trips.
An avid traveler, I have lived in 6 different countries and traveled to over 45 destinations. I have an engineering degree from Télécom Paris and a Global MBA from EDHEC Business School.
